Shortly after I graduated, I made a character profile of my favorite character from Star Wars, Ahsoka Tano. But I thought why stop there? So, part of my New Years resolution, one I intend to keep, is to illustrate a Star Wars character every week for 2021. I do hope you enjoy. (Posts will be uploaded to my Instagram as well.)
"In My Experience, When You Think You Understand The Force, You Realize Just How Little You Know." - Ahsoka Tano. Star Wars Rebels (2014-2018)

Ahsoka Tano. No character in my mind has had greater development than what we got to witness in The Clone Wars (2008-2020). She has meant so much to so many Star Wars fans and (***SPOILER ALERT***) when she was brought into the live action The Mandalorian (2019- ), I am not ashamed to admit the tears of joy that were shed upon seeing her character again. I am VERY excited for what Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau have in store for Rosario Dawson's portrayal of Ahsoka in the upcoming Ahsoka series on Disney+.
"The name's Rex. But you will call me Captain, or Sir." - Captain Rex, CT7567. Star Wars The Clone Wars (2008-2020)

Captain Rex had the most screen time of any other clone in Star Wars. He is the clone captain of General Anakin Skywalker and Commander Ahsoka Tano. Rex is one of the best leaders in Clone Wars, and in the final episodes of the show we see him fight alongside Ahsoka as they fight with Bo-Katan to retake Mandalore from Maul.
Din: "Grogu?"
Grogu: *Adorable noises*
-The Mandalorian (2019- )

Admittedly, this is the 1st character of my 2021 series, and I missed the 1st week, so I made 2 characters to make up for it.
The Mandalorian saved Star Wars. As one who strongly disagrees with the direction the sequel trilogy took, The Mandalorian brought many tears as the 2nd season concluded. This show is what Star Wars should be, This is the way.
Plo Koon: “Sergeant, why are you so certain no one is coming?”
Sinker: “We’re just clones Sir. We’re meant to be expendable.”
Plo Koon: “Not to me.”
-Star Wars Clone Wars (2008-2020)
Plo Koon is a Kel Dor Jedi Master. He is the Jedi who brought Ahsoka Tano to the Jedi Temple where she belongs. He is known for his incredibly calm demeanor and his wisdom. He possessed a unique Force ability known as Force Judgment, a power that sent yellow sparks to an enemy, similar to Force Lightning.

This was a design I had been working on since I started by SW Character a Week. One of my favorite scenes in all of Clone Wars is the fight between Ahsoka and Maul. The still image immediately above the text is the reference shot I used to make my illustration. This technically was not part of my character profiles, but felt I should include it as such, with it being Star Wars.
“I’m no errand boy. I am not in this war for Dooku’s politics. I am the leader of the most powerful droid army the galaxy has ever seen.” -General Grievous
The Clone Wars delved far into Grievous' character than could have been in Revenge of the Sith, though not much changed. Evil cyborg in the movie, and an evil cyborg in the show.
Tup- “We can’t even see the enemy!”
Jesse- “That’s why they’re called the shadow people, Tup!”
CT-5597 “Jesse” Arc Trooper

Jesse is one of many clone troopers who received a lot of character building in the Clone Wars. Sadly, as is with most clones, his fate was sealed with Order 66 by betraying Ahsoka, and thus is killed in the crash in the series finale. His helmet is one of the last frames of the show, signifying not only the end of the Clone Wars, but the Republic and the Jedi. I shed many tears throughout the series finale, and finally broke down upon seeing his helmet marking the clone's grave.
Maul: “You will pay for your insolence.”
Hondo Ohnaka: “Insolence? HAH! We are pirates! We don’t even know what that means. Open fire!”

Kenobi: “I shall draw the brothers away. Once that’s done, blast the passageway closed.”
Hondo: “And leave you alone with those tattooed crazies...yeah, okay.”

Hondo (after helping Ezra find the refugees): “Does this mean I’m not getting my finder’s fee?”
Ezra: “You never were.”
Hondo: “Perfect answer. I am so proud of you right now. I’ve never had a student learn this quickly.”

Hondo Ohnaka is a Weequay pirate, and easily one of the funniest characters from Clone Wars and Rebels. There are so many more great quotes but these are my favorite. Really hope we get to see him in some of the live action shows.
“My sister and I were natural enemies. Like Sith and Mandalorians. Or Jedi and Mandalorians. Or Mandalorians and other Mandalorians. DAMN MANDALORIANS! They ruined Mandalorian! - Bo–Katan, a meme.
Though an actual quote, one that really sums up Mandalorians, “What’s one more war?”

Bo–Katan is an interesting character, one of many we got from the Clone Wars. Originally part of Death Watch, sworn enemy of Duchess Satine, Bo’s sister. Death Watch wanted to remove Satine and restore Mandalore to its warrior glory days. She also was part of Darth Maul’s crime syndicate until he defeated Pre-Visla and she refused to follow Maul’s rule. We then get to see her team up with Ahsoka to defeat Maul in the final hours of the Clone Wars. She has also been seen in Rebels and The Mandalorian, where she is looking for the Darksaber, which is one of the most important weapons in Mandalore culture. One that I will be making a video over sometime this year.
Pre-Visla (to Kenobi): “This lightsaber was stolen from your Jedi Temple by my ancestors during the fall of the Old Republic. Since then, many Jedi have died upon its blade. Prepare yourself to join them.”
Pre-Visla’s debut episode is also the debut of the legendary Darksaber was has found its way into other episodes of Clone Wars, Rebels, a small mention in Rogue One, and a center piece of the Mandalorian season 2 finale. Can’t wait to see what becomes of said blade. Note that the Darksaber is currently the only lightsaber in Star Wars canon that closely resembles a blade of a sword from our world.
Obi-Wan Kenobi : Just like that swarm of venom-mites on Draboon, remember?
Satine Kryze : How could I forget? I still have the scar.
Obi-Wan Kenobi : Begging your pardon, Duchess, I distinctly remember carrying you to safety.
Satine Kryze : I meant the scar I got after you fell and dropped me.
Obi-Wan Kenobi : Oh, right.

Duchess Satine is arguably one of the most important people in the Clone Wars in my mind. She is fully committed to peace and neutrality in the Clone War. And she is fought tooth and nail to remain that way. “Just because I’m a pacifist doesn’t mean I won’t defend myself,” she said to Kenobi once. She is a quintessential part of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s life and the woman that Obi-Wan would have left the Jedi Order for. Her death leaves such an impact to the Jedi, and is also one of the best episodes (The Lawless) to come out of the Clone Wars, like seriously, the episode is so good.
For the next several weeks we will be looking at characters from Star Wars Rebels. So, I was originally going to be designing Ezra Bridger, but the scene I’m recreating will take quite a bit of time, so here we have a Loth Wolf, a creature of Lothal, Ezra’s homeworld, and a creature with a deep connection to The Force and to Kanan and Ezra.
Kanan (To Ezra who is balancing a handstand): "Enough jokes, focus."
Ezra (struggling to keep said handstand): "I'm trying."
Kanan: "Do or do not, there is no try."
Ezra: "What does that even mean? How can I do something if I don't try to do it."
Kanan: "Well see...umm...actually that one always confused me to, but Master Yoda sure said it alot."
This is the screen of the inspiration I used for the image on top. I love the framing of the shot and its such a beautiful frame. I changed the eyes of the middle to represent 'Dume' the leader of the Loth Wolves and the real name of Kanan Jarrus, Ezra's master.
“Bye, bye bucketheads!!” -Sabine Wren, after infiltrating and destroying a TIE fighter base.
Add another Mandalorian to the list, Sabine is easily the most artful of Star Wars characters we’ve seen, hence he painted armor, she had a dizzying array of hairstyles throughout the Rebels series, and is one of the best fighters in the show. She resides with the Spectre crew onboard the Ghost, taking her place as Spectre 5. She is close friends with all her crewmates. She at one point, wielded the famed Darksaber before handing it over to Bo-Katan. We last see Sabine departing to find Ezra with Ahsoka Tano, so it will be very likely we get to see her in the upcoming Ahsoka series.

This design was alot of fun, and I was able to experiment with various brushes, specifically spray paint brushes to give the feel of painted work.
*Bendu is helping Kanan after he was blinded by Maul, and they are surrounded by Krykna (spider like creatures)*
Kanan: "It's not Ezra, or the spiders. It's me. The fear, grief, anger, that's how they (the spiders) see me. That's how I see myself."
Bendu: "Ahh, your sight returns."
Kanan: "I distanced myself from everyone, from the Force too."
Bendu: "Your connection to the Force allows you to see in ways others cannot. If you can see yourself, you will never be truly blind Kanan Jarrus, Jedi Knight."
Kanan: "I understand."
*after defeating a giant Joopa (a gigantic worm killer thing)*
“That thing tried to eat me, only fair I get to know how it tastes!” -Zeb, holding a thumbs up to Kanan.

Garazeb Orrelios, or Zeb, is a Lasat, and was thought to be the last of his kind after The Empire destroyed his home world Lasan, but after finding two other Lasat refugees, and with the help of his friends of the Ghost crew, they were able to find Lira San, the true home world of the Lasat, where millions of his kind lived freely.
Hera: *clapping as the Tie Advanced Starfighter they are about to blow up is unveiled* “What? It’s a nice ship, I almost feel bad for blowing it up!” -Hera Syndulla

Hera is the Twi’lek owner of the Ghost, home of the Spectre crew. As the rebellion grew, she became a general and would go on to train and lead hundreds of pilots throughout the Galactic Civil War. She is the daughter of Ryloth freedom fighter Cham Syndulla. She, together with her lover Kanan Jarrus, lead the Ghost crew on their myriad of adventures
(Kallus after being captured as Fulcrum, and telling Thrawn that he is underestimating the will of the Rebels on Atallon)

Thrawn: “Governor Price, you’re in command of the fleet while I lead the ground assault.”

Kallus: *laughing at Thrawn* “I’ve been in your position before, only to have these Rebels pull a victory from certain defeat.”

I really love Agent Alexsander Kallus’ story arc. Beginning as a Imperial Security Bureau agent, tasked with hunting down the Rebels, he eventually switches sides after having to team up with Zeb when they crashed on a Geonosis moon. From there, he took up the mantle of Fulcrum after Ahsoka went missing and aids the rebellion from this moment until well after the battle of Endor. Overall great character!
“To defeat an enemy, you must know them. Not simply their battle tactics, but their history, philosophy, art.” -Grand Admiral Thrawn. AN…AWESOME…VILLAIN. I mean is there any other in Star Wars? Thrawn was introduced into canon in Star War Rebels season 3 and he is one of the smartest and most patient characters in the franchise. His tactics won him praise with the Emperor and the rank of Grand Admiral of the Imperial Fleet. He was last seen being thrown into space with Ezra thanks to the purrgil. We see Ahsoka looking for him in Chapter 13 of the Mandalorian. It is rumored Lars Mikkelsen, who voiced Thrawn in the Rebels series, will take on the live action role in the upcoming Ahsoka series. Seriously can’t wait to see the character again!!!!
*I'm including all these as a single character*

“They call themselves the Bad Batch.” -Commander Cody
The Bad Batch, or Clone Force 99 is a squad of clones mad up of defective clones with desirable mutations. They are named after 99, a defective clone made janitor by the Kaminoans, and proved himself a soldier by giving his life during the attack on Kamino.
Rex: “Hold this position, and let them come to us.”
Hunter: “I don’t think so captain, that’s not our style. We prefer going to them.” Hunter is the leader of the Bad Batch, his mutation is heightened senses that allow him to sense various things across vast distances.
“You miss me? How touching.” *proceeds to snipe dozens of battle droids with a single shot*
Crosshair is the marksman of the group as his mutation of incredible eyesight and speedy calculation allows him 100% accuracy for sniping.
Hunter: “That’s why all those yabak males tried to eat us.”
Tech: “Technically they were trying to mate with us.”
Tech’s mutation grants him unmatched intelligence and the ability to process other languages very quickly, and he has a habit of correcting many of his brothers when they are wrong.
Anakin: *hands Wrecker a detonator for a droid capital ship* “I have a present for you Wrecker.”

Wrecker: “Oh, seriously, I get to blow it up? The whole stinkin’ thing? *takes detonator and tears up* This is the happiest day of my life. *big explosion*

Wrecker is the muscle, his mutation amplified his bones and muscles exponentially and he’s his able to lift an entire LAAT gunship to save Commander Cody.
*Echo is given a choice to return to the 501st after being rescued or joining The Bad Batch*
Rex: “Echo, you and I go way back, if that’s where you feel your place is, then that’s where you belong.”
*Echo decides to join the Bad Batch, but turns to salute Captain Rex one last time.*

Echo was not originally a member of the Bad Batch, but was a recurring character in The Clone Wars, we got to see him, along with Fives, climb up the ranks to Arc Trooper. He was supposedly killed in the Citadel. But he survived and was taken by the Techno Union and was used as an experiment so the separatists could pick his brain for Clone battle tactics. But during that time, while his brain was hacked, he was able to hack Techno Union and other Separatist systems, which he uses to short circuit hundreds of droids at once. I am very excited to see how he will work with the Bad Batch on the May 4th premiere
“Hello, I’m Omega!”
Omega is such a pure and wholesome character and anyone who hurts her shall suffer a most deserving death.
There are a lot of theories surrounding Omega and who her donor is. The most solid so far is that she is a female clone of Palpatine, as she shares a few similarities with the Sith Lord, another theory is that she is a Jango Fett female clone. She is one of the five enhanced clones, and as far as we can tell her enhancement is an extreme ability to learn new things very quickly, almost as a copy or. Another theory is that she is force sensitive, furthering the rumor she’s a Palpatine clone. there’s a lot to be found out about Omega and I can’t wait to see her character develop. She’s an awesome character and a great addition to the Star Wars Universe.
“I do so admire your persistence. Ready to die?” -The Grand Inquisitor

What a great villain this guy is!
With the rise of the Empire, the Emperor and Darth Vader established the Inquisitorious, a squad of Jedi hunters, and The Grand Inquisitor led them. He is a Pau’an, species native to Utapau, the planet where Kenobi was when Order 66 was given. But what is so fascinating about this character is that before the fall of the Jedi Order, was once a Jedi Temple Guard, one of the most revered positions in the Jedi Order. It has also been confirmed that he was present during Anakin Skywalker’s fight with Bariss Offee in the temple while Anakin was uncovering who framed Ahsoka.

The Grand Inquisitor is voiced by Jason Isaacs, who is no stranger to portraying awesome villains. He has shown interest in reprising his role if his character were to make into a live action show.
An Instagram friend challenged his followers to a 'draw this in your style' for Captain Rex holding a 332nd clone helmet. This is my submission. Adam-https://www.instagram.com/theminimalmando/
“You’re reckless little one. You never would have made it as Obi-Wan’s padawan, but you might make it as mine.” -Anakin Skywalker, accepting Ahsoka as his new padawan.

I, like many, found Ahsoka very annoying at first, but as her character grew throughout the show, she became one of the most beloved characters in all of Star Wars, and my favorite character.
“If there’s one thing I’ve learn from you Master [Anakin], it’s that following orders isn’t always the best way to solve a problem.” -Ahsoka Tano, with a great quip that shows how much she is like Anakin.
“I was beginning to believe I knew who you were behind that mask, but it’s impossible. My master could never be as vile as you.”
“Anakin Skywalker was weak. I destroyed him.”
“Then I will avenge is death.”
“Revenge is not the Jedi way.”

“I am no Jedi.”

Where to begin on what an epic scene that followed that quote, one of my favorite lightsaber duels. Ahsoka Tano, the Padawan that left the Order, and Darth Vader, the fallen Jedi who lost his way. It culminates everything that Ahsoka has feared, and everything Vader hopes to destroy. In this scene we see but a glimmer of Anakin Skywalker, as he sees his padawan, his sister, for all but a fleeting moment before his anger and hatred consume him once more.

The Star Wars font, or Basic, was created using images of Basic text from movie screenshots and images online.
In this case, it says "I am no Jedi."

The alternative burned face was done with Hoya Choe's magnificent face render of the charred fallen Jedi.

*After being corrupted by The Son* “I don’t need you anymore.” “Ahsoka. Ahsoka, listen to me. He has done something to you. Snap out of it. This isn’t you Ahsoka!” “Isn’t it? I feel more like myself than I ever have! He asked me to give you a message. He said if you don’t join him he would kill me! Haha!” “I won’t let him.” “THEN YOU, will be forced to kill me.” The Morris Arc of Clone Wars was by far some of the best the series had to offer. And put Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka through immense confrontation with the respective paths they’ve chosen. Ahsoka freaking dies, and Anakin resurrects her using The Force and with the help of The Father and Daughter. And overall just incredible story-telling.
*after fending off multiple goons*
Trace: “Where’d you learn to fight like that?”
Ahsoka (thinking of Anakin): “My older brother taught me.”
Well this has certainly been delayed. Im working on a design with Trace and Rafa with Ahsoka but that’s not quite finished as well as a Mandalorian Ashoka (I will also be making a podcast about the Martez Sister arc)
Ahsoka: "I told you, I'm not a Jedi."
Trace: "I don't understand. Why would anyone want to walk away from being a Jedi?"
Ahsoka: "It's complicated."
Rafa: "No offense, but I don't want to hear your complicated story. Let me level with you. You might not think of yourself as a Jedi, but you act like one, or at least how I want them to be."
Trace: "She's right. We got in over our heads, without you, we'd be done for. Jedi or not, I consider you my friend."
These quotes right here are why I think the Martez sister arc (as annoying as they might be) is very important to Ahsoka. She realizes what the war has done for the perception of the Jedi. Ahsoka has barely known the Jedi in any other capacity, and her experience with the Jedi give light on what people wished the Jedi to be. Just there, to help. Rafa said herself that Ahsoka selflessly giving herself over to the Pikes, just to save Trace and Rafa, that that quality in a person was rare. The Jedi are peacekeepers, not to be leaders in a war, but to help those in need, and those in trouble find safety and peace.
I personally like Trace and Rafa, and I think we've not seen the last of them. But that's my take.
Ahsoka: “ where is your master? Where is Grand Admiral Thrawn?” Me: *proceeds to freak out* This single line set up the entire premise of what we could see in the upcoming Ahsoka series. Thrawn, Ezra, Sabine…so many characters that we can possibly see and I’m so excited to see what is to come (I’ve got another version of this image I’m working on with lightsabers and other very cool lighting. Stay tuned, as well as a podcast on Mando version of Ahsoka and what we can expect in the upcoming series.)
(After Rex refuses to execute Jesse and Fives.)
Krell: “You make a mistake by crossing me, clone.”
Rex: “It’s Captain, Sir.”

There are three kinds of villains in Star Wars. The ones you feel sorry for (Vader), the ones that are too epic to hate (Maul and Kylo Ren), and then the villains you hate with a burning passion. General Pong Krell is the third… A basilisk Jedi, he had a premonition of the downfall of the Jedi and Republic and turned to the dark side. But during this time he saw the clone soldiers as cannon fodder, hating them so much that he setup an false pretense that the enemies had stolen clone armor, but it turns out it was other clones. (Where we see one of the most heartbreaking clone deaths of Waxer. Needless to say, not many shed a tear when Dogma killed Krell.
Though, a very unique fact of Krell is that he wielded two double bladed lightsabers and because of his massive size, the blades of these sabers were quite larger than the standard lightsaber. And the sabers can fold into a one blade configuration, pretty cool. Still despise him though. (I had to had the clip because Rex’s delivery is just freaking awesome and is one of my favorite Captain Rex moment's in all of Star Wars!)

“Call me Fives.”
“But, five is a number.”
“No, not five. Fives.”
“Oh, the difference is minimal.”
“Not to me, not to any clone.”
Arc Trooper CT 27-5555 “Fives” talking to AZ-3 about his name.
Fives is one of many clones Star Wars fans grew to love throughout the clone wars. And his death hit hard because he was so close to getting the truth out to Anakin and Rex about the hidden purpose of the Clones.
*After Cutup is eaten by a massive Rishi eel*
Hevy: “What the hell was that?”
Echo: “uh that was an eel. Now, that’s why we have the regulation not to go outside…” -CT-1409 Arc Trooper “Echo”
Echo is another member of Domino squad along with Fives, Hevy, Cutup and Droidbait. Echo and Fives of course move on from training to eventually become Arc Troopers. Echo would be supposedly KIA during the Citadel rescue but would be taken captive by the Techno Union and would be experimented on as a means for anti clone battle tactics. He would be rescued by the Bad Batch and go on to become a member of their squad.
This command given to Commander Cody would forever alter the galaxy of the Star Wars Universe. Order 66 is the secret clone order, programmed into the inhibitor chip planted in every clone. Once the order was given, the chip was practically wipe any and all loyalty the clones had to the Jedi, and turned their guns on their leaders and killed them. Some would survive like Obi-Wan and Yoda, however many more would not be so lucky.
Cody was a Marshall Commander of the 7th Sky Corps and the 212th Attack Battalion, led by General Obi-Wan Kenobi. Cody would be the 1st clone to receive the order. After Order 66, much of his whereabouts are unknown apart from his involvement in the enslavement of the Wookiee on Kashyyk. Theories are that he would volunteer for the Dark Trooper program, legends material state that he would train Imperial Stormtroopers, of whom he despised immensely. An excerpt from The Force Unleashed II, from a clone simply named ‘Cody’, we read the clone’s disdain for human troopers, saying he’d sacrifice an entire platoon of stormtrooper recruits just for one real clone trooper.”
I had high hopes we would see Cody in the Bad Batch, but hopefully we might see something next season or in any of the live action series coming up. Cody is too great a character to have their fate be left unknown.

"You are the Chosen One. You have brought balance to this world. Stay on this path and you will do it again… for the galaxy. But beware… your heart…"
-The Father, his dying words to Anakin Skywalker, and a warning that his future is his own, but to not let his emotions rule his actions (and we all know how that went...)

The Mortis Arc is one of my favorite arcs in the Clone Wars, and one of the most important. In these three episodes, Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan are tempted and tested like never before. Anakin must come to terms that he is indeed the Chosen One, destined to bring balance to the Force. Obi-Wan is visited by Qui-Gon's Force Ghost, who asks Obi-Wan if he has trained the boy. Despite Obi-Wan training Anakin as best he could, he knows balance eludes his padawan and he reinforces the idea that Anakin truly is the Chosen One as Qui-Gon believes. Then there's Ahsoka. Ahsoka is visited by an illusion of her future self, telling Ahsoka that if she remains Anakin's padawan, it will only destroy her. The Son corrupts Ahsoka (see my Sith Ahsoka design) and then she freaking dies. Anakin's unwillingness to let go of his padawan is helped by The Father to revive Ahsoka with The Daughter's remaining strength, bring pure light back to his padawan. Then, The Son corrupts Anakin by showing him his future of evil. The Father, angry his Son has shown what should not be seen, wipes Anakin's memory and lures his own Son to be killed by The Son, and shortly after, The Father passes, and Mortis itself is destroyed.
All three episodes are phenomenal.
“So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause.” -Padme Amidala, as the Republic dies giving way to the rise of the Empire.
Many think Padme is the reason of Anakin’s turn to the dark side. Some think if Padme and Anakin never fell in love, never married, the Star Wars galaxy would have been a different place. Others believe Anakin would have turned regardless of his feelings for Padme. I personally think that if Anakin and Padme didn’t marry, while they would still feel attraction towards one another but never act on it, I do think Anakin would have had better control of his emotions. But whether or not he would turn to the dark side will be for another post.
Senator Padme Amidala (formerly Queen) was strong and extremely intelligent, and a phenomenal politician. While always keen to sort issues with words, she was not afraid to jump into the heat of battle. Her tactics would help free Naboo from the Trade Federation in Episode I, and during the Clone Wars, she would use her words to try to defeat an appropriations bill that would have given billions of credits for the war, but she pleaded that those funds to be diverted to civilians who were suffering from the effects of the war. She would also defend Ahsoka Tano during her trial after Ahsoka was framed for the bombing of the Jedi Temple and murder of Letta Turmond. And she was portrayed by Natalie Portman!
“Desolation. Destruction. Death. That’s what I bring wherever I go. Ten stormtroopers, a hundred, a thousand, the numbers don’t matter. Faceless, futureless, disposable, they’re all the same to me.” -Starkiller

I don’t know how to even begin to say how freaking awesome this character is. Galen Marek or Starkiller and his clone, Subject 1138, was the main character in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game series. He was the secret apprentice of Darth Vader in the years before The Battle of Yavin. Marek was extremely powerful in the Force. He was a master of Sith Lightning, using it incongruity with his lightsabers. He was also able to use the Force to take down an entire Star Destroyer. Throughout the 1st game, you play as Starkiller, going on missions to further your training as a Sith, but eventually betraying the Empire and fighting both Darth Vader and Palpatine. He sacrificed himself to save Rebellion leaders such as Bail Organa and Rahm Kota. However, he would be cloned, and this clone would retain his donor’s force abilities, but the mind was much less stable. In the 2nd game, we play as the clone of Marek, fighting our way through Imperial enemies to save Juno Eclipse, Galen Marek’s love, which is what drives the clone’s activities. This barely scratches the surface of how complex and well built his story is. Starkiller is one of the best characters in all of Star Wars and my favorite character from Legends material (content that is not Disney canon). I really hope to see Starkiller with his own show (hopefully voiced by Sam Witwer) someday in the future. One can only hope.
Rahm: “I’m no Jedi now. Not since this.”
Galen: “I don’t need your eyes, just your mind, and everything you know about fighting the empire.”
Jedi Master Rahm Kota, a veteran of the Clone Wars and mentor to Galen Marek. Rahm Kota was a unique general, as he refused to lead clones into battle, as he found them inferior, and used his own militia comprised of volunteers. Whether or not this decision was wrong in terms of morality, it did save his life when Order 66 was given, as they were no clones to betray him in his command. In the time of the Empire, he would fall into a drunken haze and become blind. But Galen Marek would eventually convince him to help fight the empire, and Rahm Kota became an important mentor to Galen Marek and his clone.
"When he came to me in the bar, among all his dark thoughts, I glimpsed one bright spot. One beautiful thing he held onto, even at the end."
"What?"
"You."
Rahm Kota and Juno Eclipse, discussing Galen Marek's love for Juno.
Juno Eclipse is a former Imperial pilot, flying Starkiller across the galaxy for his missions. They would betray the Empire together and after Galen Marek’s death, Juno well-being would become Galen’s clone main focus throughout the 2nd game.
“My name is General Mace Windu of the Jedi Order. At this point of the Clone War, I have dismantled and destroyed over 100,000 of you Type One battle droids. I’m giving you an opportunity to peacefully lay down your weapons, so that you may be reprogrammed to serve a better purpose than spreading the mindless violence and chaos, which you have inflicted upon the galaxy.”
Droids: “blast them.”
Mace Windu…one of strongest members of the Jedi council and the only canon Jedi to wield a purple lightsaber. Now, the original reason for this is because Samuel L. Jackson wanted one. And so it was. But lore was developed for the reason behind purple and that was because Mace Windu was a practitioner of Form VII or Vaapad, one of the most aggressive lightsaber forms, which would require it’s user to bring themselves close to the dark side to be able to successfully use its full power.
Mace Windu, to many, is at fault for Anakin’s downfall due to his distrust of the Jedi Knight.
In Canon, the last we see of Windu, he was falling out of Palpatine’s office window, and we are led to believe he was killed. However I believe different and I think he is alive. @star.wars.theory fan film has teased that we will see Mace Windu in the next episode of the Vader fan film and I for one cannot wait. Mace Windu overall is a phenomenal character played by Samuel L. Jackson, and Jackson has kept the lightsaber prop, of which “bad MF” been engraved into the hilt.
*also captioned... *Stares motherf**kerly*
“It takes courage to stick to one’s beliefs.” Aayla Secura, talking to Ahsoka about the Lurmen refusing to fight a war.
Aayla Secura was a Jedi Master, and served on the Jedi Council. Aayla is a Twi’lek. She and Commander Bly of the 327th Star Corps, fought in some of the fiercest battles of the clone wars.
Many think her generic outfit is too revealing but there’s actually a very noble reason for this. Twi’lek‘a were largely exploited for slavery, especially females for dancers, prostitutes, servants, and Aayla, chose to embrace it. She wore this as she fought in numerous battles to prove that her people were strong and far more than the slaves that so many in the galaxy made them to be.

So I finally got around to finishing these. I’m really hoping to be able to meet my 52 character goal. We shall see
"Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid."
"Hello There."- Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Resilient is the best way to describe Space Jesus. The turmoil he faced in his life, losing is master, training Anakin, and then losing all of his friends, Anakin, Satine, and his Jedi companions.
And I cannot convey how badly we need the Kenobi trailer.
"Lost. I am Lost. And yet, I can feel his presence so close, so close. I can see him in my mind's eye, Kenobi...KENOBI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
This is how you revive a character. After Darth Maul (portrayed by Ray Park) was sliced in half by Obi-Wan in The Phantom Menace, Star Wars fans thought we'd seen the end of the epic Zabrak who wielded a dual blade lightsaber. But in Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 4 Episode 21 it is revealed that Darth Maul (now voiced by the incredible Sam Witwer) survived his injuries. And his story arc that followed is one of the best things to come out of The Clone Wars. His anger and hatred for Obi-Wan fueled his lust for vengeance, leading to several of the greatest episodes of the entire show. He would become a feared crime lord, and the catalyst for Ahsoka's journey to Mandalore. Their lightsaber duel is my favorite of the show. Then...THEN, we get to see him in Star Wars Rebels. where his character arc leads to him facing Kenobi one last time on the sands of Tatooine. I can't very well explain the beauty of his final duel with the arch enemy. And after Kenobi lands the killing blow, he holds the dying Sith Lord in his arms, not as an enemy, but as a fellow victim to the evil that has plagued the galaxy. Darth Maul is one of the best characters in Star Wars and he is a very, very close 2nd place to my favorite Sith Lord, (Vader's the best...as if that's even a debate)
